Section A - Terms & Conditions:

1. 1st Prize and 2nd Prize Trip Eligibility

  1. At least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 18.
  2. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double room; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room on check in.
  3. Prize does not include travel to and from the domestic airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated.
  4. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
  5. If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.
  6. Once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
  7. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  8. No cash alternative is available.
  9. All travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
  10. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or insurance.
  11. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country.
  12. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of the win, and all travel must be completed within that time.
  13. For the stunt experience, participants need to be in good physical health and condition to take part.
  14. The private stunt and training instruction will be in English. Any relevant health conditions should be disclosed. The recommended minimum age is 16 years old, but can be tailored to the participant’s abilities.
  15. Pinewood Studios is a working film studio and use of the studio is subject to availability. In the event that Pinewood Studios is unavailable, an alternative London film studio will be arranged.
  16. Activities in London will take place in English.
  17. Set menu and drinks in Tokyo provided to the value of $200/JPY19,000 at the ‘assassin’ restaurant; bar tab at the video game bar is provided to the value of $100/ ¥130,00, minimum drinking age is 18 years old.

  18. For the sword fight experience in Tokyo, participants should be in good physical health and condition to take part. The lesson time is subject to Master Tetsuro Shimaguchi’s availability. If he is unavailable at Winners’ requested time, the lesson will be taken over by one of his Kamui members.

2. Online MSI X Assassin’s Creed Lucky Draw Registration

  1. From December 1st, 2016 to January 15th, 2017, customers who purchase select MSI GAMING products will be entitled to the “MSI X Assassin’s Creed Lucky Draw”. Please refer to event landing page for the select model list.
  2. The “MSI X Assassin’s Creed Lucky Draw” is available to select countries only, including Australia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
  3. Eligible customers are required to fill out the online registration form to enter the draw.
  4. The select MSI products must be purchased within a country that is listed in the select countries list above. Customers who purchase MSI products outside of the select countries will not be eligible to participate in the draw.
  5. Each customer is only eligible for one submission. Repeat submission will be repealed.
  6. The online registration period of “MSI X Assassin’s Creed Lucky Draw” is from December 1st to January 22nd, 2017.
  7. Winners will be drawn on January 31st, 2017 and announced on the promotion website before February 4th, 2017.
  8. Participants shall keep the original copy of the receipt or invoice (proof of purchase) for prize redemption verification. Winning qualification shall be revoked if no relevant receipt can be presented.
  9. Winners will be notified by February 1st, 2017 by email. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days after the notification is sent or that winner will be disqualified. If the participant provided email is unavailable or incorrect, and MSI cannot duly deliver the notification to the winner, the participant shall be disqualified. No additional prizes or compensation will be awarded. MSI reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner it deems fit.
  10. MSI disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of the winning notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such eventuality, the winner unconditionally waives his/her right to the prize and any associated compensation.
  11. The 1st prize must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date that the winner is announced. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the flight tickets and travel package are not included. Redemption of the travel package is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified above.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. The value of the prizes may vary.
  13. MSI reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
  14. MSI makes no responsibility to any prize, and shall not be liable or assume any responsibility to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction or damage arising from his/her use of the prize. The winner of the prize may not make any claim against MSI.
  15. All information given by participants will be used for this promotion only and for no other purpose. If agreed upon by participants, information shall be kept for future marketing purposes.
  16. MSI employees, distributors, business partners, and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  17. MSI reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  18. In the event of any dispute relating to the lucky draw, MSI's decision will be final and conclusive.
  19. By participating in this promotion, including submitting the required information, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
