Answer

If certain games such as Minecraft, Diablo IV... unable to use the external controller to make moves (rotate the line of sight, select options, move) in-game, follow the steps below to temporary suspend the internal controller after connected to the external controller.

A. Temporarily suspend the internal controller

    1. Press and hold the Windows icon, and go to "Device Manager".

    2. Find “Xbox 360 Peripherals” >> “Xbox 360 Controller for Windows” in Device Manager.

        

    3. Press and hold “Xbox 360 Controller for Windows,” and disable the device.   

             

    4. Restart the Claw.

    5. Then you can use the external controller to operate.

B. Resume the internal controller back after finish the gameplay

    1. Press and hold the Windows icon, and go to "Device Manager".

    2. Find “Xbox 360 Peripherals” >> “Xbox 360 Controller for Windows” in Device Manager.

        

    3. Press and hold “Xbox 360 Controller for Windows,” and enable the device.

         

    4. Restart the Claw.

    5. Then you can use the external controller to operate.
