Answer

For the devices supporting MSI Center S, please refer to the following method to clean install the program.

1. Download and execute MSI Center S Clean Tool.

2. Click on “Uninstall all” to start the uninstallation process.

    

3. The notification will pop up when the uninstallation process is complete.

    

4. Visit MSI website and go to the “Utility” tab in the download page of the product to get the MSI Center S download link.

    

     *NOTE: Make sure the laptop connects to the Internet before proceeding to the following steps.

5. Click on “Install” to install MSI Center S.

    

6. Search for MSI Center S in the search bar and click on Run as Administrator. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

    

7. MSI Center S will be ready for use after the installation process is complete.
